A dual-arm assembly robot that erects pressure vessels, mounts panels and torques every bolt to a signed record.
Crews should arrive to a habitat that already holds pressure. HB-1 Atlas assembles the shell, the airlock and the radiator field months before launch windows open, and leaves behind a verifiable build log for every joint it touched.

Force-first control
